| How could West Side Swim Club be improved? | This is our first year. Were very excited! Everyone has been great and appreciate volunteer effort to make this place great! I also appreciate this email and survey. Welcome packet for new members could be automated and improve communication. Contain info to mail check and next steps on getting thing processed / explain fun meter scale / wifi password / signup for lessons / signup for swim team (how many accounts are needed). Swim team welcome packet could be sent before parent meeting with info on what gear is needed for practice/meet, what is a typical practice day. Great information in the parent meeting last week! The order of event for swim team could be improved like parent meeting before first preswim practice and ordering gear after parent meeting so new members dont miss out. Store with gear/swag would be cool. I would buy a long sleeve and short sleeve shirt. I dont use socials. Would appreciate email to communicate pool closure for open swim or swim team. For some reason the front desk cant find me when I sign in and Im not recieving swim team emails even though I have 2 accounts. I dont see these as big things just minor stuff to help improve.
