How could West Side Swim Club be improved?As the parent of a lifeguard, prioritize an increase in guard pay. It's not competitive with other All City pools (Goodman guard pay starts at $17, Nakoma starts at $16, etc). Maddie is choosing a different second job instead of taking more hours at Westside.
Otherwise it's great! I love the events. Love slackline & water aerobics options.
